Favorite success story: Musically, I would say working with Phoenix, The Roots and Danger Mouse was truly a pleasure.
Overall, I enjoy transforming lives such that people can really see what is possible in the world for them, being happy and fulfilled.
The beauty of it all is that people are already there. All I do is take away unnecessary baggage to help them see it.
Personal heroes: Steve Jobs, Martin Luther King, Jr., Albert Einstein
Want to be remembered as: Someone who brought love, happiness, and compassion into the world
Favorite quote: ”Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” — Steve Jobs
Co-founder & COO

Now a seasoned veteran, Patrick’s 15+ years of industry experience contains snapshots taken from every angle of the music business, including studio management, consulting, artist & repertoire, music production, marketing, and branding. He can gauge where you stand, see your end goal, and devise a plan to get you there. Patrick is also the co-founder of record label Modern Vintage Recordings and artist development community The Outlet He lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with his lovely wife and two exquisitely adorable kids.

“Oh, I know them” is a phrase that you’ll hear about 47 times a day from Joe Kelley. Graduating from Amherst, Joe left Boston behind, but took his accent and appetite to elevate artists to New York City with him. He came with the sole intention of grasping the underground music scene and yanking it into the spotlight. His outlet of choice is hosting and co-producing of Balcony TV Brooklyn, an international online music web series that features bands that perform on rooftops and balconies throughout the world. Only in New York City for a short time, Joe’s rolodex is filling up quickly.
